Enamored Cleaning

We are seeking a highly professional and personable individual to represent our company in the field and ensure our cleaning accounts consistently meet our quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with clients, and taking ownership of maintaining high service standards across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit commercial cleaning accounts on a rotating schedule to perform quality inspections

• Build strong relationships with on-site management and serve as a trusted point of contact

• Walk each facility and identify any missed areas or opportunities for improvement

• Document issues with photos and detailed reports for our cleaning teams

• Communicate feedback to cleaners and ensure issues are corrected quickly

• Assist with minor cleaning corrections when necessary to maintain client satisfaction

• Train cleaning staff on proper techniques, standards, and expectations

• Identify opportunities for additional services such as carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, or deep cleaning projects

• Support the team by occasionally performing specialized cleaning services when needed

Schedule & Flexibility

This role offers a flexible schedule and can be structured as either full-time or part-time (approximately 25–30 hours per week). Field inspections may take place at various times throughout the day depending on account needs, so start times are flexible. For example, some days may begin mid-morning or early afternoon rather than a traditional 8 AM start.

While many inspections occur during daytime hours, this position will occasionally require evening or late-night availability to support new account launches and train cleaning teams during their first nights on site (sometimes starting as late as 11 PM).

Because this is a field leadership role, candidates should also be comfortable being available by phone to assist with urgent issues that may arise at accounts outside of scheduled working hours.
