Part-Time Office Administrator - Compensation & Schedule
- $16.90 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Part-time position
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Part-Time Office Administrator - Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong computer skills required
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with data entry preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Dynamic and dependable personality
Part-Time Office Administrator - Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, clients, and visitors
- Serve as the front face of the company
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage emails and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Assist with general office support and administrative duties
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment
- Other duties as assigned
