The City of Auxerre (34,000 inhabitants, North Burgundy) located 1.5 hours from Paris or Dijon, situated in an ideal living environment combining nature, local services, and a rich sports and cultural offer, is looking to strengthen its teams to lead and implement an ambitious Territorial Project at the service of its Agglomeration. To carry out its social cohesion policy, the City of Auxerre is looking for a responsible for a reception and animation space (M/F).

Within one of the 3 labeled EAA Social Centers, you will be responsible for designing, piloting, and implementing the animation and social action program on a territory while ensuring the conception, piloting, implementation, and evaluation of the social project of the structure within the framework of the values and principles of the animation of social life. Under your authority, you will manage a team of 8 agents and coordinate the territorial partnership towards the inhabitants within the framework of the exercise of the city contract, the senior policy, the youth policy...

The missions:

  • Conduct the implementation of the work axes of the social center project contract and ensure its evaluation in view of the intermediate balances and the renewal of the request for approval with the CAF
  • Design and conduct the global animation project on the territory by mobilizing the inhabitants, partners, and team members
  • Animate and coordinate partnerships
  • Manage a team of 8 agents: ensure supervision, manage activity schedules, delegate projects, and ensure the adequacy of human resources in view of the services offered
  • Develop participatory dynamics within the facility and through the organization and follow-up of neighborhood councils of the territory
  • Ensure the administrative and financial management of the facility

Profile sought:

  • Degree level II or III (In the field of social and/or work social/socio-educational animation)
  • Mastery of project management methods
  • Knowledge of the territorial environment
  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework, actors, devices, and issues of social and animation public policies
  • Ability to lead projects and work in partnership and transversality
  • Ability to manage and animate multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in delinquency prevention and/or adolescent support would be a plus
  • Full-time work 39h12 with ARTT
  • From Monday to Friday
  • Shift work possible: evening and weekend
