In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering individualized therapeutic care to clients navigating various mental health challenges, primarily through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a wide array of mental health issues.
• Conduct intake assessments to comprehensively understand clients' emotional and psychological needs, setting the foundation for effective treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, adapting your therapeutic approach according to clients' unique situations.
• Perform detailed mental health assessments, ensuring accurate and timely documentation that complies with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing regular check-ins and support, while evaluating progress and adjusting treatment plans when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field (required).
• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling services.
• Current state licensing as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong understanding and experience with evidence-based treatment methods for mood disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated success in implementing treatment plans that lead to positive client outcomes.
• Experience in telehealth service delivery and familiarity with relevant platforms and technologies.
• A strong foundation in psychopharmacology and experience collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
• Prior experience in a community health clinic environment is a plus.
