About Us

EmergeCryo Spa is a fast-growing wellness and body contouring spa dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through non-invasive treatments and exceptional customer care.

We're looking for a motivated, friendly, and organized Appointment Setter to join our team and help connect potential clients with our services.

Position Details

• Part-Time
• Up to 15 hours per week
• Flexible schedule
• REMOTE POSITION

Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads via text, phone, email, and social media.
• Follow up with prospective clients who have expressed interest.
• Educate potential clients about our services and current promotions.
• Schedule consultations and treatment appointments.
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
• Keep accurate notes in our CRM.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and compassionate attitude with every interaction.
• Work toward weekly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and sending follow-up texts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Sales or appointment-setting experience is a plus (but we're willing to train the right person).

Compensation

• $8/Hr + $25 Commission for every appointment (Daily Leads, Over 75% Conversion rate)
