Activity Aide (Part-Time)


Seeking a compassionate and creative Part-Time Activities Aide to join our team and help enrich the lives of our residents through engaging programs and activities. Join our compassionate and dedicated team today – where your creativity and care will make a difference!

Schedule: Day & Evening shifts available
Status: Part-Time

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and lead recreational, social, and therapeutic activities for residents.

  • Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet the interests, abilities, and needs of individuals.

  • Support residents’ mental, emotional, and physical well-being through meaningful engagement.

  • Assist with special events, group programs, and one-on-one resident activities.

  • Document attendance and participation as required.

  • Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team to create a supportive, fun environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience in activities, recreation, or working with seniors preferred (not required – training provided).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with older adults.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
