As a Community Liaison You will:ย 

  • Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote our hospice servicesย 
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partnersย 
  • Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brandย 
  • Track and manage outreach activity in our system (CRM)ย 
  • Use market insights to plan and improve outreach effortsย 
  • Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can helpย 
  • Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality careย 
  • Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learningย 
  • Complete reports, documentation, and other admin tasks on timeย 
  • Follow all healthcare rules and regulationsย

Qualifications
  • 2+ years health care marketing experienceย 
  • Current and valid state driver's licenseย 
  • Proof of auto insuranceย 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skillsย 
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant healthcare and administrative softwareย 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsย 
  • Organizational and time management skillsย 
  • Ability to work independentlyย 
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others at all levels of the organization and communities that we serveย 
  • Demonstrates the highest degree of customer service and professionalismย
