Rillet Implementation Lead

Our client is a fast-growing consulting firm helping modern finance teams transform how they operate through the intelligent application of AI-native ERP, automation, and cloud technology. As they continue to expand their advisory and implementation capabilities, they are looking for a Rillet Implementation Lead to help build and scale their growing Rillet practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on implementation leader who wants to be at the forefront of a fast-emerging ERP platform. You’ll lead complex client engagements, shape implementation methodology, and work closely with finance and operations teams to deliver high-impact transformation projects

What You’ll

• DoLead end-to-end Rillet implementations from discovery through go-live and post-launch suppor
• t.Translate business requirements into scalable functional solution
• s.Facilitate workshops with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT stakeholder
• s.Own project planning, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communicatio
• n.Support solution design, data migration, testing, training, and cutover activitie
• s.Partner with technical teams on integrations, automation, and workflow desig
• n.Guide clients through chart of accounts design, revenue recognition, multi-entity accounting, and reporting optimizatio
• n.Develop implementation standards, playbooks, and best practices as the practice grow
• s.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycl
• e.Collaborate with sales and leadership on scoping, proposals, and solution strateg
• y.Help define the firm’s go-to-market approach for Rillet engagement

What You’ll Br

• ing5+ years of ERP implementation experience, ideally in finance systems, SaaS, or accounting-led environmen
• ts.Hands-on experience leading full-cycle implementations of ERP or financial software platfor
• ms.Strong understanding of accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, close, revenue, and reporti
• ng.Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting structur
• es.Ability to gather requirements, document functional specs, and drive solution desi
• gn.Experience managing data migration, testing, training, and go-live executi
• on.Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skil
• ls.Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownersh
• ip.Experience with consulting firms, implementation partners, or professional services organizatio
• ns.Familiarity with related systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, Boomi, Celigo, or similar too
• ls.Exposure to SaaS, technology, professional services, or high-growth company environments preferr
• ed.Rillet experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate with strong ERP fundamenta
