Position Summary:

As aLegal Assistant (Internally Titled - Core Services Specialist)Ellis Porter's Core Services team, you will provide strategic administrative support to Attorneys and Case Managers by managing activities that streamline the delivery of our legal services and the coordination of new client leads. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What Youll Do:

• Support legal mail processing and data entry
• Scan and organize case-related government correspondence including receipt notices, Requests for Evidence (RFE), and approval notices
• Enter data from case-related government correspondence (such as receipt numbers, status expiration dates) into EPs immigration case management system and verify accuracy
• Support application preparation and filing
• Print, assemble, scan, and coordinate FedEx shipping for immigration application packages
• Assist with special projects, data analysis, and perform other duties as assigned by management
