We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to analyze customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Perform data entry tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
• Analyze customer issues to provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold company standards in all interactions.
• Document customer interactions in the company database for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or office environment. Has experience in the insurance industry.
• Must be experienced with quoting and selling homeowner's & auto insurance.
• 20-44 or 4-40 license required.
• Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to customer service operations.
• Experience with cash handling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
