Join Our Team as an RN Day Center Administrator in Greer, SC!

Elite Day Center is excited to announce an opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) Administrator at our location in Greer, SC! If you are a dedicated healthcare professional with leadership experience and a passion for serving adults with cognitive and physical disabilities, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Day Center, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and enrollment to maintain and grow center participation.
• Facilitate effective communication among multidisciplinary staff to promote smooth workflows.
• Conduct tours and outreach to potential members, families, and referral sources.
• Supervise the admission process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and maintained.
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and maintain records in accordance with DHP/DHHS & SC DSS standards
• Work towards monthly census growth goals to expand community impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN License in good standing (Required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills (Required)
• Experience managing staff and overseeing budgets (Required)
• Motivated, outgoing personality(Required)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (Required)
• Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and special needs adult care (Preferred)
