Position Overview
Elite Pro Protection is seeking highly qualified Tier IV Field Agents to join our Executive Protection Division. This position is reserved for experienced, professional individuals with a background in law enforcement who possess exceptional judgment, integrity, and operational excellence.
Tier IV Field Agents are responsible for protecting executives, dignitaries, faith-based leaders, corporate personnel, high-profile individuals, private families, and critical assets. Assignments may include executive protection, residential security, secure transportation, corporate security, threat assessments, surveillance detection, and emergency response.
This is not a traditional security position. Tier IV Field Agents are expected to think proactively, anticipate threats, maintain situational awareness, and deliver world-class protective services while representing Elite Pro Protection with professionalism and discretion.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide executive protection services for assigned clients in both public and private environments.
- Protect residential, commercial, and corporate properties.
- Conduct advance planning and site security assessments prior to client arrivals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential security threats.
- Maintain constant situational awareness during all assignments.
- Perform protective escorts and secure transportation operations.
- Monitor surveillance systems and identify suspicious activity.
- Coordinate with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies when appropriate.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, security incidents, medical situations, and critical events.
- Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity reports, and threat assessments.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all client information, travel, and operations.
- Operate department-issued vehicles, communications equipment, and protective equipment safely and professionally.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Elite Pro Protection with the highest standards of customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- Current or former POST-certified law enforcement officer in good standing, OR
- Current or former state-certified law enforcement officer from any U.S. state in good standing
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum age of 21 years
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to legally possess and carry a firearm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to travel as assignments require
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
Law Enforcement Certification Requirement
Elite Pro Protection proudly recognizes POST and state law enforcement certifications from all fifty (50) U.S. states.
Applicants must possess a law enforcement certification that is in GOOD STANDING.
Applicants will not be considered if their certification is:
- Pending investigation
- Suspended
- Revoked
- Under administrative review
- Pending decertification
- Surrendered in lieu of termination
- Resigned or retired while under internal investigation
- Not in good standing with the certifying authority
Verification of certification status will be conducted during the hiring process.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates possessing one or more of the following:
- Executive Protection experience
- Military service
- Corporate security experience
- CPR/AED Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC)
- Defensive Tactics Instructor
- Firearms Instructor Certification
- Surveillance Detection Training
- Protective Intelligence Training
- Emergency Vehicle Operations Training

Disqualifying Factors
Applicants will not be considered if they have:
- Any felony conviction
- Domestic violence conviction
- Crimes involving moral turpitude
- Active criminal charges
- Active arrest warrants
- History of dishonesty or falsification of official records
- Decertified law enforcement credentials
- Certification surrendered in lieu of termination
- Resigned or retired while under investigation
- Inability to legally possess a firearm
- Poor employment history related to integrity or professional conduct
No criminal history will be accepted.
