Part-Time Marketing, Social Media Production & Engagement Manager / Community Events Coordinator Position
We are seeking a highly organized, outgoing, and creative professional to serve as our Part-Time Marketing, Social Media Production & Engagement Manager / Community Events Coordinator for a growing pediatric daycare business that provides specialized care for medically fragile children.
This role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, building referral relationships with pediatric specialists and healthcare providers, managing social media content and engagement, and coordinating community outreach events.
The ideal candidate is energetic, relationship-driven, and exceptionally organized, with strong record-keeping skills to track referral sources, enrollment results, marketing analytics, and event performance.
This is a part-time position with performance-based bonus opportunities tied directly to new child enrollments generated through the employee's marketing and relationship-building efforts.
