We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our Waskom, TX team. As a Physical Therapist at Elite Home Rehab, you will provide exceptional patient care while enjoying competitive pay structure, flexible scheduling, one-on-one patient interaction, and comprehensive back office support. We prioritize work-life balance and foster a supportive team environment that feels like a family.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify physical and functional deficits, utilizing your expertise and clinical knowledge.
- Collaborate with the patient's physician and nursing staff to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care that aligns with the patient's goals and facilitates their return to their desired level of function.
- Provide individualized treatment interventions, incorporating evidence-based techniques and utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure timely recovery.
- Educate patients and their families about the therapeutic process, empowering them to actively participate in their own rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Stay up to date with advancements in physical therapy research, techniques, and technologies, continuously enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
