We are hiring a Technical Planisware Program Manager with strong Planisware Administration, Operational Support, UAT, Change Management, and Pharmaceutical R&D experience to support a global Pharma R&D organization.

✅ Jira / Azure DevOps / ServiceNow (Preferred)
✅ Power BI & Advanced Excel (Preferred)
✅ Pharmaceutical R&D domain experience (Preferred)
✅ Excellent Stakeholder Management & Communication Skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Planisware operations and user support.
• Handle user administration, issue resolution, and ticket management.
• Support UAT, releases, deployments, and change management activities.
• Conduct user onboarding, training sessions, and office hours.
• Maintain portfolio data integrity, dashboards, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams across Global Program Management, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and RWE.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
