IT POSITIONS: Waxhaw, NC & various unanticipated locations thru-out the US: BUSINESS ANALYSTS: Gthr, anlyz rqmts & list dtld func specs. Write user stories & accptnce criteria using Jira. Create Use Case & process flw diagrms u/ MS Visio. Prfrm GAP Anlysis on unmtchd claims & idtfy root cause. Work in Medicaid srvcs, cross-functnly w/ dvlpmt/QA. Provde wkflws & biz automtn using GuidingCare & FICO Rules Engine by config rules & process flws for claims adjdctn & care mgmt. Dvlp & mntn dshbrds & rprts u/Power BI, valdte sys logic & biz rules to authrze claims. Master's in Sci, Tech, or Engg (any) req'd. DATA ENGINEERS: Anlyz rqmts & prep tech dsgn docs. Dvlp & mntn scalable data & ETL pplns. Dvlp Databricks notebooks to ingst & process data from Azure Data Lake using Spark Data Frames & Spark SQL. Create Spark SQL views. Prfrm tuning on dbs & ETL pplns. Work w/anlytcs & biz teams to imprve data models that feed BI tools. Mntn code using Git. Skills req'd: Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Lake, Python, PySpark, SQL Server, Power BI, Databricks, & GIT.
