Are you a skilled Multi Family Construction Manager looking to take your career to the next level? Elevation Consulting Solution is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. As a Construction Manager with us, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a real impact in the construction industry.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee change orders and submittals
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with architectural design and installation teams
  • Ensure compliance with specifications and estimating
  • Lead project management and proposal development

Required Skills:

  • Experience in multi family construction management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of architectural design and installation
  • Ability to work with specifications and estimating
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Background in electrical engineering
  • Experience with strategy development and procurement
  • Knowledge of quality control processes
  • Military background is a plus
  • Business development experience

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
