At Elevated Estate Planning, we help families gain peace of mind through thoughtful estate planning.We'relooking for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional to join our team as anEstate Planning Client Signing Specialist (Signing Paralegal).

In this role, you'llguide clients through the signing of their estate planning documents, ensuring they understand their plans and leave feeling confident and cared for.

Previousestate planning experience is aplus,butnotrequired.We are happy to train the right person who has exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients and guide them through their signing appointments

• Explain estate planning documents in a clear, easy-to-understand way

• Notarize documents and ensure all signatures are completed correctly

• Review legal documents for accuracy and completeness

• Processfinalizeddocuments andprepareclient files

• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure a smooth client experience

• An excellent communicator who can explain information clearly

• Comfortable learning legal concepts and technology

• Able to manage multiple priorities whilemaintainingaccuracy

Experience in legal services, banking, escrow, real estate, insurance, healthcare, financial services, or other client-facing roles is a plus,butwe'rewilling to train the right person.
