Role Description The Home Stager role at Elevate Staging Co. is initially a part-time, self-employed hourly position based on-site in Phoenix, AZ, with the opportunity to grow into a more consistent role and potentially transition into an employee position as the company continues to grow.

In this role, the Home Stager helps plan and implement staging designs, selects and arranges furniture and décor, and prepares properties for photography, showings, and open houses.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing spaces, assisting with staging plans, coordinating furniture and décor installation, styling completed spaces, and helping maintain staging inventory and materials.

The Home Stager will also communicate with homeowners, real estate agents, movers, and other team members to understand project needs and ensure each staging runs smoothly from start to finish.

The position involves some light lifting, organizing, packing and unpacking décor, hanging artwork, making beds, styling spaces, and ensuring every property is left clean, safe, and photo-ready.

Qualifications

• Certification or formal training as a Certified Home Stager, or equivalent professional experience in home staging
• Strong Interior Design and Home Staging skills, including space planning, color coordination, and furniture placement
• Decoration skills to select and style accessories, artwork, textiles, and lighting that enhance property appeal
• Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build positive relationships with clients and agents
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfort with physical tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, and working on-site at various properties
• Reliable transportation to travel to properties across the Phoenix, AZ area
• Previous experience in real estate, design, or a related field is beneficial
