Elevate Wellness Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to clients with severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses, conducting assessments and offering therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to set and achieve shared goals, contributing to a supportive and productive work environment.
• Engage with clients through individual, group, and family therapy, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.
• Implement integrated care plans, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources and support systems, while maintaining clear communication among stakeholders.
• Monitor clinical progress of clients, adapting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing necessary support during critical situations.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, arranging for more detailed evaluations as needed.
• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational standards in all client interactions.
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the agency's service delivery.
• Provide on-call coverage as needed, remaining accessible to clients outside of regular program hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals who are experiencing significant mental health challenges, including those with severe emotional disorders. This role requires an understanding of the complexities faced by under-served populations and the ability to adapt approaches based on diverse cultural backgrounds. You will be committed to empowering clients to achieve their desired health outcomes, focusing on treatment modalities that emphasize choice and self-determination.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Oregon.
• Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management principles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work respectfully with individuals from varied cultures and backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with an emphasis on therapy and counseling.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
• Experience working in community health or similar environments focusing on under-served populations.
• Solid organizational and planning skills, with a proven track record of effectively managing caseloads and clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
