.Net Full Stack developer with FHIR R4. US/Remote Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer with hands-on expertise in FHIR R4 to build and maintain healthcare interoperability solutions. This remote role focuses on developing secure, scalable applications for electronic health records (EHR) integration, emphasizing .NET Core, APIs, and compliance with healthcare standards like HIPAA. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop healthcare applications using FHIR R4 standards, including resources like Patient, Observation, Encounter, and Practitioner. • Implement SMART on FHIR apps with OAuth2/OpenID Connect for EHR integration (e.g., Epic, Cerner). • Build and maintain RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core Web API, .NET 6+, Entity Framework, and Dapper for data exchange. • Handle data mapping/transformation from HL7 v2, CDA/CCDA to FHIR R4. • Develop full-stack UIs with Blazor, Razor Pages, React/Angular, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. • Ensure compliance with FHIR profiles, extensions, US Core IG, and testing via validators like Inferno. • Collaborate in Agile teams using CI/CD, SQL Server/MongoDB, and microservices. Qualifications • 5+ years in full-stack .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC). • Proven FHIR R4 experience: resources, bundles, terminology, APIs. • 3+ years with healthcare systems, HL7, EHR integrations. • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent. • Familiarity with Agile, REST/SOA, and accessibility/UI/UX best practices. 1 Evaluation Criteria • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. • Commitment to security, compliance, and operational excellence.
