What You'll Do:
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions to help clients reach their fitness goals.
- Create personalized workout plans based on individual needs and goals.
- Provide motivation, encouragement, and expert guidance throughout training sessions.
- Track client progress and make necessary adjustments to programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training space.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Personal Trainer with current, valid certification (NASM)
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- High-energy, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A desire to continuously learn, grow, and improve as a trainer.
- Experience in group training and/or specialized fitness programs is a plus, but not required.
