Lead Senior Project Manager - Customer Operations & Quotations# Lead Senior Project Manager - Customer Operations & QuotationsWheaton, IL 60187## OverviewSalary Range$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 Salary/yearPosition TypeFull Time## DescriptionLead Senior Project Manager – Customer Operations & Quotations**The Will Group | Wheaton, IL | $100,000–$125,000**TWG Infrastructure is looking for a **Lead Senior Project Manager – Customer Operations & Quotations** to lead our Project Management organization and play a key role in the continued growth of our infrastructure business.This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who wants to do more than manage projects.You'll lead people, shape processes, solve complex customer challenges, oversee quotation strategy, and improve the customer experience from the initial opportunity through order execution and fulfillment.You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, Warehouse Operations, manufacturers, contractors, municipalities, utilities, and engineering firms to bring projects across the finish line.In this role, you will:**Lead People*** Manage, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers* Establish performance standards and workload priorities* Build team capabilities through training and development* Serve as the escalation point for complex issues**Lead Projects & Customers*** Oversee the customer lifecycle from opportunity and quotation through order execution* Establish project management standards and best practices* Monitor project health, risks, timelines, and deliverables* Support complex infrastructure projects involving multiple stakeholders**Lead Quotation Strategy*** Oversee complex quotation opportunities* Review plans, specifications, drawings, addenda, and contract requirements* Partner with manufacturers on pricing, lead times, and technical solutions* Support value engineering and commercial strategies* Improve quotation accuracy, speed, and effectiveness**Lead Operational Improvement*** Improve order entry and project execution processes* Develop SOPs, reporting tools, and performance standards* Improve CRM, ERP, and project management system utilization* Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce errors* Lead continuous improvement initiativesWhat we're looking for:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field + 7 years of relevant experience **OR*** Associate degree + 10 years of relevant infrastructure, project management, quoting, estimating, or customer operations experience* Proven people leadership experience* Strong project management and commercial/business acumen* Experience in infrastructure, transportation, utility, electrical, construction, or industrial markets preferred* Strong communication and relationship-building skills* Experience with CRM, ERP, or project management systems preferredWhy The WIll Group?For nearly 40 years, The Will Group has helped customers across the construction and utility industries solve complex infrastructure challenges.At TWG Infrastructure, you'll work with an extensive portfolio of industry-leading manufacturers and customers that include **IDOT, CDOT, the Illinois Tollway, municipalities, utilities, contractors, developers, and engineering firms.**Our philosophy is simple:**“Where There’s A Will, There’s A Way.”**If you're ready to lead a team, improve how work gets done, and make a measurable impact on the customer experience, **we'd like to meet you!****Good Faith Salary Range:** The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
