Excellent patent agent opportunity within an established but expanding practice.  This opportunity will primarily pertain to patent preparation and prosecution, patent portfolio management, and related client counseling, however there will also be the opportunity to support attorneys on a myriad of other issues (e.g., opinions, due diligence, PTAB, etc.).  At this practice, you will continue to receive great mentoring in a true team environment.  This is technically sophisticated work wherein you will engage with a variety of clients at all levels.
 
Diverse array of hardware and software applications (industrial and consumer electronics, analog and digital circuits, chip architecture, wireless telecommunications, RF, WiFi, power systems, manufacturing automation, electrical instrumentation, test and measurement equipment, biomedical systems, digital imaging, enterprise applications, network security, network protocols, databases, web and cloud services, operating systems, software user interfaces, open source, etc.).
 
Client assignment and workload will be dependent upon your technical expertise (i.e., software vs. hardware, etc.).
 
Patent Agent Requirements:
    * Minimum BS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (MS or higher would certainly be valued)
    * USPTO registration
    * At least 3 years of full time patent preparation and prosecution experience
    * Excellent writing samples
