Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our production equipment running efficiently by performing maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing downtime. If you enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly and effectively
• Maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, and automated systems
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Document repairs and maintenance activities
• Support installation of new equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and standards

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Must be comfortable working with 480V, 280V, and 110V
• Experience with PLCs (preferred)
• Welding or fabrication skills (a plus)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
