DUTIES:
- Conduct regular assessments of operational processes to identify areas for enhancement and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary contact for supervisors, providing clear directives and guidance.
- Provide guidance to supervisors on non-routine work procedures and newly implemented processes to ensure understanding and compliance across the team.
- Monitor and maintain production, consumption and scrap data in all Areas of Upgrading (LAM, IMP, Kontra Saw, Schelling).
- Monitor and analyze the KPIs of the department to ensure that volume requirements are effectively achieved and maintained.
- Coordinate production schedules in collaboration with Planning Department.
- Coordinate maintenance and process improvements projects.
- Oversee and coordinate planned maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
- Support the maintenance team during the startup phase following maintenance days to ensure a smooth transition to production and address any immediate issues that may arise.
- Maintain and add reported technical issues in SAP FEP (PM10 maintenance requests and scheduling).
- Maintain inventory of secondary materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

- VITS Impregnation Lines
- Kontra conveyor systems
- IFA mixing system for resins
- Shear cutting system

- SAP Systems for orders and inventory control
- software applications: MES, SAP, EWM, EQS and SPLUNK
