We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Retail Associate / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and patients visiting our store, while also serving as a key liaison with doctors, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and patients in-store, by phone, and via email in a warm, professional manner
• Help customers select appropriate medical equipment and supplies based on their needs (e.g., mobility aids, home care supplies, respiratory equipment)
• Process sales, returns, rentals, and insurance paperwork accurately
• Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, nurses, hospital discharge planners, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities
• Coordinate equipment orders, deliveries, and pickups with healthcare facilities and patients
• Answer questions about product usage, features, and proper fit
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation, including any required insurance or prescription paperwork
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Stay current on new products, promotions, and industry regulations
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism
• Manage online orders and ecommerce
