Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Server role based at Efendi Mediterranean in Alpharetta, GA. The Server is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, explaining dishes and beverages, and providing recommendations when requested. Daily tasks include taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks promptly, checking on guests throughout their visit, and coordinating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. The Server handles payment transactions, maintains a clean and organized dining area, follows food safety and alcohol service guidelines, and supports opening and closing duties as needed. The role requires a professional, guest-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a busy, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including a friendly demeanor, active listening, and a guest-focused attitude.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, kitchen staff, and management.
• Ability to manage multiple tables, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math and point-of-sale (POS) skills for handling orders, bills, and payments.
• Knowledge of or interest in Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine, beverages, and hookah lounge offerings.
• Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidates.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads as needed.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
