We are actively hiring hybrid recent graduates and pre-licensed clinicians (MSW, MHC) as well as licensed professionals (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW) for our brand new state of the art outpatient facility in Braintree, MA. Starting your clinical career should not mean drowning in paperwork or managing the unpredictability of a fee-for-service model. We built this hybrid role to insulate your time and income, allowing you to focus strictly on clinical execution, learning, and achieving your independent licensure.

Comprehensive Paid Clinical Training & Licensure:

• Clinician Fundamentals Curriculum: Master the mechanics of care through our foundational modules covering intake, diagnostic assessments, and compliant clinical progress documentation. We provide exact rubrics and clinical language tip sheets to ensure you do not take paperwork home.
• Fully Compensated Learning: Professional development is never unpaid. You are fully compensated during all training and live documentation workshops.
• Paid Clinical Supervision: Securing clinical hours is a top priority for recent graduates. We match every pre-licensed clinician with a dedicated LICSW or LMHC supervisor. All weekly 1:1 and group supervision is provided entirely for free, and it is classified as paid clinical time. You earn your income while tracking directly toward independent licensure.

How We Protect Your Pay & Schedule:

• W-2 Stability & No-Show Protection: Your income is fully insulated from the financial vulnerability of patient cancellations and no-shows. Our financial safeguards kick in so your paycheck remains consistent.
• Next-Day Pay Option: Access your earnings seamlessly the day after your completed sessions via our DailyPay integration.
• Sustainable Caseloads: The baseline expectation is 24 completed clinical sessions per week to maintain full-time status and comprehensive benefits, with complete autonomy to scale up if you choose. (Reduced clinical session requirements apply for Clinical Supervisors).
• Zero Administrative Burden: You will not operate on an island. A dedicated intake division populates your schedule and handles all insurance verification, billing, and front-desk management.

Hybrid Operational Structure:

• The Braintree Hub: Work 1 to 2 days per week at our Braintree, MA clinic for face-to-face paid supervision, interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatric providers, and training in advanced interventions (TMS/Spravato).
• Remote Execution: Spend the remainder of your week providing care via secure telehealth from your dedicated home workspace.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (MHC) from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Must hold an active Massachusetts associate license (LCSW) or be immediately license-eligible (MSW or MHC track). Candidates with independent licensure (LICSW / LMHC) are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Location: Must reside within commuting distance to Braintree, MA for the partial on-site requirement.

Leadership Pathways for Independently Licensed Clinicians: For candidates who already hold an independent license (LICSW or LMHC), we offer a direct pathway to clinical leadership. We can explore structuring your role as a Clinical Supervisor, allowing you to balance providing paid clinical supervision to our pre-licensed cohort while maintaining a reduced, highly manageable clinical caseload.
