EDURINO Customer Service Internship
EDURINO sets new standards for early childhood education with hybrid learning. We are looking for a motivated intern for our customer service team to strengthen our team. Here you will work in a lean team with great cohesion, where your work is directly visible. What is important to us: You not only like to communicate, but you also think along – you actively drive the customer experience, take responsibility and grow with us.
About The Role
- Customer Happiness: You are the first point of contact for our customers in the DACH and UK regions and answer inquiries via email and social media competently and warmly. In addition, you process returns and payment cases and answer customer feedback on review platforms.
- Process Optimization: You gain deep insight into the customer service operations of an internationally growing startup and help us make support processes more efficient.
- Scalation: You actively support us in making an innovative EdTech product for children successfully international.
- Interface Work: You work closely with the rest of the team, filter customer feedback and provide important impulses directly to product development.
About You
- You are enrolled as a student and would like to complete your mandatory internship for a period of at least 20 weeks with us (ideally from August to December or September to January).
- You are passionate about gaining first practical experience in a fast-growing startup.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and communicate stylishly in German and English.
- You are an organized, efficient team player with high diligence and a structured working method.
- A proactive hands-on mentality characterizes you – you like to work agile and appreciate short decision-making paths.
