Scope of Position: Be the convener and oversight to promote/develop quality workforce services are delivered in the most efficient and effective way possible, through full integration and coordination of the One-Stop Career Center partners and resources that support seamless service delivery. Provide vision and direction to American Job Center staff. Ensure successful integration of services from all funding streams to better serve customers and businesses. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Act as a liaison to partners. Ensure contract goals are met on a daily basis.
Essential Functions:
Provide overall coordination of partners' efforts and communication with the CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) staff
Ensure all integrated operations at the site are meeting goals
Establish practices that encourage the One-Stop partners to provide services to individuals with barriers to employment, including individuals with disabilities, who may require longer-term services, such as intensive employment training and education services
Manage online One-Stop Partner portal that will allow partners to easily post and access forms, processes, performance tracking, etc. This may include assisting with the registration and creation of partner agency pages in the Portal, managing status of partner pages, generating monthly Partner Referral Reports, conducting annual refresher training to CSTB staff and partners, and creating One-Stop Partner Portal Training activities
Monitor and review all evaluation metrics
Hold partners accountable through partner performance evaluations for quality of service
Manage, track, and oversee CSTB's Customer Satisfaction initiatives for job seekers and employers
Ensure accurate data collection and recording
Coordinate and participate in meetings with CSTB and prepare reports as required
Present performance reports and provide corrective action solutions to CSTB
Ensure all required reports and supporting documentation are distributed
Actively participate in meetings with the local Leadership Team
Review and update MOUs and RSAs as needed in coordination with CSTB leadership
Assist in defining roles and responsibilities of partners required for the MOU
Maintain relationships with and convene quarterly meetings with MOU partners
Work with CSTB marketing department to develop marketing plans and materials
Build relationships with human services and educational organizations
Ensure the center is in compliance with all federal, state, WIOA and CSTB policies in the provision of services to job seekers and employers and maintain One-Stop Certification in coordination with CSTB leadership
Comply with federal regulations and procurement policies relating to the calculation use of profits
Manage One-Stop Center logistics in coordination with the CSTB Facilities Coordinator
Manage the logistics required for partners to host employer events and meetings through the CSTB Facilities Coordinator
Communicate all new or changed policies, procedures and processes with staff
Guide staff in understanding their roles/responsibilities
Quality control of procedures to identify any issues in the CSTB approved Customer Flow

Education and Experience Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of WIOA regulations and state policies
Experience in managing people and building and maintaining coalitions and partnerships
Experience in career counseling and business outreach
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, education or human resources, or related experience in business, management, professional training, adult teaching or sales
Ability to converse with a large range of professionals, and demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
