The Data Entry Associate will be responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and updating data in databases while maintaining organized files. This role involves handling low-volume data input and collaborating frequently with other departments to support smooth information flow and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify data with high accuracy
• Update and maintain databases regularly
• Organize and manage files systematically
• Identify and correct errors in data records
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data consistency

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data entry
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Must have a mode of reliable transportation to be on site 5 days a week.
• Good communication in both English and Spanish.
