Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Join EdenPath ABA's Team!

EdenPath ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA at EdenPath ABA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with families to develop and implement personalized ABA treatment plans, promoting meaningful growth and success for our clients.

About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with EdenPath ABA, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for our clients
• Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and providing ongoing training and support
• Conducting assessments and adjusting treatment goals as needed
• Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
• Maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $90-$120/hour
• Pier Diem: 40 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: In-home therapy
