About Our Agency:

Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of four who take pride in serving our customers and community with professionalism and integrity. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I ran my own business in the clothing industry as a consulting representative, helping new business owners get started with merchandising and operations. I attended Springfield College and had the opportunity to play in the NFL with the New England Patriots. Sports have always been a big part of my life and helped shape the discipline, teamwork, and competitive mindset I bring into the office today. Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I currently serve as Chairman of a local food bank, sit on the board for a church called Shared Ministry, and am actively involved with our local Chambers of Commerce. Role Description:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ed Meacham - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
