This organization is delivering some of the industry's most advanced hyperscale and AI-ready data center projects and is seeking an Associate Construction Manager to support large-scale ground-up developments from early planning through commissioning and turnover.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in hyperscale data center construction while working alongside experienced construction leaders on complex, high-profile projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
  • Assist in managing project schedule, budget, quality, safety, and overall execution.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, commissioning, operations, finance, and commercial teams.
  • Build strong relationships with general contractors, trade partners, consultants, equipment vendors, and AHJs.
  • Support contract administration, change management, cost forecasting, and project reporting.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure schedule, quality, and budget objectives are achieved.
  • Participate in owner meetings and cross-functional coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Help drive continuous improvement initiatives and construction management best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of commercial construction, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure project experience.
  • Data center experience is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of construction project delivery methods and contract administration.
  • Ability to review drawings, specifications, schedules, and other construction documentation.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Why This Opportunity?

  • Join one of the fastest-growing digital infrastructure platforms in North America.
  • Work on some of the industry's most advanced hyperscale and AI-ready data center developments.
  • Significant career growth and advancement opportunities.
  • Collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
