Our client is looking for motivated, ready-to-start, and detail-oriented Korean bilingual talents to join their team. They are currently looking to fill two positions.

 Bilingual Relocation Operations Specialist (Korean-English)

 Location : Austin, Texas /100% On-Site

 Type: Regular Full-Time with great benefits

Responsibilities / 주요 업무

1) 주재원·출장자 Relocation 서비스 운영 지원

“Relocation Service Operations Support for Expatriates and Business Travelers”

- 현지 주거지 검색, 예약 및 입주 전·후 대응 (아파트, 렌트하우스, 호텔 등)

Search for and reserve residential properties (apartments, rental houses, fully

furnished options), and provide move-in/out assistance.

- 차량 구매/판매/렌트/리스 관련 정보 제공 및 계약 지원

Provide information and assist with contracts for vehicle purchase, sale, rental,

and leasing.

- 학교/통신/운전면허/은행계좌 등 필수 생활 인프라 연계 지원(필요 시)

Coordinate essential services such as school enrollment, mobile carrier setup,

driver's license issuance, and bank account opening.

- 필요 시, 현장 통역 및 현장 지원

Emergency Response and On-Site Support for Clients

Qualifications / 자격 요건

- Fluent in Korean and English (한국어 및 영어 능통)

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously (여러

업무를 동시에 처리하고 우선순위를 정할 수 있는 능력)

- Work Authorization in the U.S. (미국내 취업 자격 보유)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Outlook(MS Office활용 능력)

Preferred Qualifications / 우대 요건

- administrative, office support, or operations experience preferred
