Required Location: Candidate must currently reside within the East Region territory (PA, NY, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, FL, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, or ME).

What You'll Be Doing:

Develops and manages a designated territory with the goal of maximizing the healthcare services provided by the ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders and Severe Malnutrition, retaining and gaining new clients and driving census.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops new acquisition sales within an established territory by selling the healthcare services of ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders and Severe Malnutrition, driving sales, increasing brand awareness and growing a territory.
  • Accountable for the maintenance and growth of existing accounts within assigned territory.
  • Within an assigned territory, drives ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders and Severe Malnutrition census by contacting, developing and maintaining traditional and non-traditional referral business relationships.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with decision-makers to gain strategic positioning with client.
  • Contacts and solicits referrals from prospective clients by cultivating the referral relationship and building a committed referral partner.
  • Promotes the utilization of ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders and Severe Malnutrition services by educating the community and acting as a liaison with referral sources.
  • Develops and maintains strong strategic referral relationship with targeted referral sources qualified to refer to ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders and Severe Malnutrition.
  • Provides accurate reporting and forecasting of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed census goals.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, psychology or the behavioral health field or equivalent degree. (REQUIRED)

License and Certification Requirements:

  • Maintain a valid driver's license in state of residency (REQUIRED)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (ALL REQUIRED)
  • Strong sales background demonstrated by 3-5 or more years account management experience preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, proficient in Microsoft Office, PDA/iPhone
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time working occasional nights and weekends.

The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.

Colorado pay range
$85,000—$110,000 USD
