CDL Shuttle Bus Driver Clemson, SC
Part-Time | Night Shift
We are currently seeking dependable and professional CDL drivers to join our team in Clemson, SC. Drivers will operate a 24- or 32-passenger shuttle bus transporting students between campus, local apartments, and downtown Clemson during the academic school year.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a shuttle bus while providing reliable transportation for students
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for passengers
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with students and staff
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement required
- Clean driving record
- Minimum of 1 year commercial driving experience required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Must be able to commute to Clemson, SC
Schedule
- Thursday through Saturday Nights
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM 2:00 AM
- Availability for additional shifts 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Compensation
- $22-24 PER HOUR
- Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
