Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the recruiting process from candidate outreach and scheduling through onboarding, while helping identify top talent for both internship and full-time opportunities.
In addition to recruiting responsibilities, you will provide administrative and operational support to leadership and assist with day-to-day office coordination. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and business operations within a fast-paced professional environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys building relationships while delivering a positive candidate and employee experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Calendly)
