Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $60-$65+ per hour
Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking for a rewarding career where you can truly make a difference? East Bay Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
In this role, you'll help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values clinical excellence and professional growth.

Every day, you'll play a vital role in helping residents recover from illness, injury, or surgery and achieve their highest level of independence.
What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you'll develop personalized treatment plans that help residents improve mobility, restore function, and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities include:

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercise, gait training, balance activities, and manual therapy
  • Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
  • Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and discharge recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license
