RESPONSIBILITIES

• Connect with prospective borrowers through phone, email, and text to understand their needs and goals.
• Review credit, income, assets, and financial goals to help determine the best mortgage options for each borrower.
• Recommend appropriate mortgage products and loan programs based on each client’s individual situation.
• Guide borrowers through the application, approval, and closing process, keeping them informed every step of the way.
• Maintain accurate loan records and consistent follow-up throughout the lending process.
• Work closely with processors, underwriters, and support staff to help ensure a smooth and efficient loan process.
• Meet established production, customer service, and compliance expectations while providing a positive experience for every borrower.
