We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Child Care Center Director to lead our premium franchised, early childhood education school with enthusiasm and strategic vision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, foster a nurturing environment for children, lead business outcomes plus growth and ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences. Your leadership will inspire staff, engage families, and uphold the highest standards of safety, curriculum development, and community involvement. Duties:

• Provide visionary leadership to the child care center, setting strategic goals aligned with educational best practices and community needs
• Help drive innovative ideas for further enrollments and growth
• Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth functioning
• Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that promote early childhood development and learning outcomes
• Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility while maintaining quality programs and facilities
• Lead fundraising efforts to support program expansion, facility improvements, and community outreach initiatives
• Supervise teaching staff by providing mentorship, conducting evaluations, and supporting professional growth opportunities
• Foster positive relationships with families through regular communication, parent meetings, and community events
• Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, safety protocols, and educational standards

Experience:

• 2 - 5 years as childcare center director with complete familiarity with licensing and DECAL standards/requirements
• Ability to successfully manage and drive activities geared towards future enrollments and growth
• Demonstrated success in managing teams with supervising experience in a childcare or educational setting
• Strong background in curriculum development tailored to early childhood learners
• Experience in strategic planning and budgeting within an educational or nonprofit organization
• Skilled in public speaking and community engagement to advocate for quality child care services
• Classroom experience working directly with young children to understand developmental needs and instructional strategies
• Knowledge of licensing requirements, safety standards, and best practices in early childhood education
