FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers Wanted – Full-Time & Part-Time

Eagle Valley Logistics, Inc. is an independent service provider for FedEx Ground. We are looking for reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of verifiable driving experience, a strong work ethic, and great customer service skills. This is a great opportunity to join a team that values accountability, performance, and professionalism.

Position Overview:

As a FedEx Ground Delivery Driver, you will report to the Spokane Valley FedEx Ground Terminal, assist with loading your vehicle, and then complete a route of package deliveries and pickups. At the end of the day, you’ll return the truck to the terminal. This is a physical, fast-paced position that requires attention to detail and safe driving practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate delivery vehicles (box trucks or vans) to deliver and pick up packages
• Load, unload, and handle packages using proper techniques
• Follow efficient routes while complying with traffic laws and company safety policies
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections daily
• Lift, carry, and move packages that are sometimes heavy

Driver Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving and criminal record
• One year of verifiable driving experience within the past 3 years (does not need to be full-time)
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English proficiency
• Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience driving vans or box trucks preferred
