Eagle Trailer Manufacturing is looking for an experienced Trailer Painter to join our Portland production team. Trailers come to you already prepped and masked — you focus purely on laying down a clean, showroom-ready finish in our controlled paint booth. This is piece-rate work — your effort and quality directly drive your paycheck, and our painters average $28 to $37 an hour.

SHIFT: 2:00–10:30 PM (swing shift) Mon-Fri, Full time

WHAT YOU'LL DO WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Spray-paint prepped trailers in a controlled paint booth— trailers arrive masked and ready to coat.
• Mix paint to the correct color and spec, and apply even, consistent coats.
• Inspect each finish for coverage, color match, runs, and overall quality.
• Keep the booth, spray guns, and equipment clean and dialed in.
• Follow all shop safety and PPE procedures, including respirator use.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Spray-painting experience is required — trailer, auto body, or industrial. This is a hands-on role from day one, not an entry-level or training position.
• Comfortable working in a paint booth while wearing a respirator and PPE.
• Able to stand, bend, and reach for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated and dependable — piece rate $$ rewards steady, quality output.
• Sharp attention to detail and real pride in a clean finish.
