Eagle Point Securities is a wholesale distributor of alternative investments focused on building institutional-caliber investment solutions designed to meet the needs of individual investors. Through a differentiated suite of income-oriented strategies-including Eagle Point Enhanced Income Trust (EIT), Eagle Point Institutional Income Fund (EPIIF), Eagle Point Credit Company (ECC) Convertible Preferred Stock and Eagle Point Trinity Senior Secured Lending Company-Eagle Point Securities brings extensive knowledge of private credit and other alternative investments to deliver attractive solutions to wealth advisors and their clients across the United States.
Eagle Point Securities (a member of FINRA and SIPC) is an affiliate of Eagle Point Credit Management LLC ("Eagle Point"), an innovative investment manager focused on private credit strategies in inefficient markets, including Portfolio Debt securities, Regulatory Capital transactions, Infrastructure Credit, Strategic Credit investments and CLO securities. Eagle Point is a registered investment advisor founded by Thomas Majewski in partnership with Stone Point Capital in 2012.
