Title: Director of Program Development Job Summary:

Primary function is to act as liaison between the Agency and the community regarding community and customer needs.Responsibilities include development and promotion of home health programs and services, while maintaining the standards ofpractice consistent with quality healthcare and maximizing human, financial, and equipment resources.

Job Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited college/university, preferred.

Experience: Experience in the healthcare field.

Skills: The ability to establish and maintain professional and effective relationships with all segments of the staff, the layand professional public, the Board of Directors, third-party payors, and the Medical Director.

Environmental and Working Conditions:

Works under a variety of conditions in facilities and offices; the ability to travel locally; the ability to work a flexible schedule; someexposure to unpleasant weather.

Physical and Mental Effort:

Prolonged sitting is required. Requires the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and courteous manner at all times.Requires working under some stressful conditions to meet deadlines and the Agency needs.
