Immigration law firm located in the Northwest side of Chicago seeks receptionist.

All applicants must be bilingual (English and Spanish) and detail-oriented. You will work directly with the partners of this firm and engage with clients regularly from initial consultation to final review.

Applicant tasks and responsibilities include:

• Answering phones, scanning documents, client communications and translating, and other similar administrative duties.

Required skills:

• Fluent bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking),
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills,
• Understanding of IOS and PC computer systems.

Starting pay is $17.00 an hour. After 90 days, applicant will receive health insurance.

Applicants who demonstrate greater potential will be eligible for law clerk and paralegal positions and a higher hourly wage.
