Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in Lake Geneva, WI. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential and commercial property transactions, including conducting property showings, preparing offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, providing market insights, and ensuring a professional, client-focused experience. The role also involves prospecting for new business, managing listings, coordinating property marketing activities, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions and regulations. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with colleagues and leadership to support office goals and contribute to a positive, ethical, and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications

  • Possess an active Real Estate License in Wisconsin, with willingness to maintain ongoing compliance and continuing education.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property, including understanding of local market trends and transaction processes.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a client-centered approach and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lake Geneva, WI, including evenings and weekends as needed based on client schedules.
  • Comfort with basic technology tools (CRM systems, MLS platforms, email, video conferencing, and digital marketing tools).
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to fair housing and equal opportunity principles.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is beneficial but not required; mentorship and training may be available.
