Laptop Testing Technician: Start Your Career in Tech. Join the EWASTE+ team as an Entry-Level Laptop Testing Technician and become part of a company dedicated to sustainability and innovation.
Why Join Us. No Experience Needed. We provide comprehensive hands-on training from experienced technicians.
If you're eager to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know about refurbishing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing laptops. Career Growth: Gain valuable skills in lean manufacturing, problem-solving, and warehousing-key foundations for a long-term career in the tech industry. Team Environment: Be part of a collaborative team that values your input and growth.
You'll work alongside friendly, experienced professionals who are invested in your success. What You'll Do: Test, troubleshoot, and repair laptops in a manufacturing environment. Work with a variety of tools and software, gaining skills in computer hardware and basic software navigation.
Learn the ins and outs of the refurbishing process while contributing to our mission of sustainable electronics recycling. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (5-day, 40-hour work week) Compensation: Pay: Up to $19.00 an hour, includes a $4,000 annual production incentive paid quarterly Benefits We Offer: Comprehensive Benefits Package: Paid Time Off & 8 Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Short/Long Term Disability 401k with Company Match Who We're Looking For: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete computer-based forms
Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and perform tasks that require standing, kneeling, and balancing. Experience or knowledge of electronic hardware/software is a plus, but not required. Willingness to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
