We're looking for an Account/Event Coordinator to support exciting client events, brand activations, and marketing initiatives across Florida. This role is ideal for someone who loves fast-paced environments, enjoys travel, and can confidently represent a creative agency both behind the scenes and onsite.
At evok, no two days are the same. One day you may be coordinating logistics for a statewide event, the next you may be helping organize marketing materials, supporting client communication, or solving challenges onsite in real time.
What You'll Do

• Coordinate and support events, activations, and onsite experiences
• Travel throughout Florida, including occasional overnight and weekend events
• Assist with project timelines, logistics, schedules, and vendor coordination
• Support client communication and help ensure flawless execution
• Organize event materials, reporting, and administrative details
• Represent evok professionally and confidently in public-facing environments
• Collaborate with creative, production, and account teams to bring campaigns to life

What We're Looking For

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Bilingual communication skills preferred
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions onsite
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-moving environments
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
• Willingness to travel regularly across the state
